PROGRAMS
Good Samaritan Pet Center is proud of its efforts to educate the public
with useful information. As part of the Sadie Allison Education Program,
volunteers go into schools and teach children how to care for a pet
as well as humane treatment of all animals.
Animal Careers talks briefly about careers you might look into when
searching out something important and special to do with your life.
Being a Vet Tech can be a very useful and rewarding career.
Animal Mills: We certainly want your pets to be happy, healthy and
able to give you many memorable years of companionship. Good Samaritan
Pet Center recommends that you adopt animals from rescue organizations.
Please do not buy pets from pet stores. Pet store animals come from
puppy and kitten mills. Good Samaritan Pet Center asks that you boycott
stores that sell pets. This will aid in the national effort to close
down animal mills entirely.
