Lewis is a male Australian Shepherd Mix puppy. Lewis was abandoned at 6 weeks old and found on a front yard crying. He is now in a loving foster home where he never has to worry about being left alone again. Lewis is about 5 months old now, weighs about 30 pounds, and he is deaf. Most people wouldn't even notice, to him he's just as normal as any other puppy. He is a sweet little guy who loves to be near his foster family and their dogs. He loves toys of all shapes and sizes, and an occasional toe or finger.! He is crate trained and learning the dog door pretty quickly. Lewis has had a rough start in life and he is looking forward to being in a loving forever home. He will need a family with great patience since he is deaf, he is so willing to please and will learn quickly if given the time. You just can't say "no" to him when he is doing something wrong, Because of that, he will need great patience and love. Many deaf dogs become good at hand signals. His new family will be greatly rewarded with all the love and appreciation he will give in return. Only serious inquiries please, this is a very, very special little guy.
