Willie is an eight year old chocolate and tan Miniature Dachshund. He came to our rescue from the shelter in Grand Junction. His previous person neglected to take care of his teeth and he came to us in desperate need of a dental. He went to the vet clinic the day after we got him and had a dental. Unfortunately, he lost fourteen teeth, but he is doing very well. His bloodwork came out fine and his mouth is healing up nicely. Willie is a little cuddler and loves to burrow under the covers with his foster parents. He’s a sweet dog and does fine with other dogs and cats. He also adores people.
